Title Examiner I

Title Examiner I is responsible for reviewing and preparing title examination documents for non-consumer real estate secured Association loans and credit servicing actions. The role involves analyzing unique title and ownership issues, determining legal documentation and requirements, and working closely with experienced title examiners to perform a range of title examination functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 0-2 years' experience in all facets of title examination of real estate property
• General knowledge of loan documentation and repository systems
• General knowledge of title insurance
• General knowledge of real estate security legal requirements, Farm Credit Administration regulations and procedures, and title examination procedures
• Skill in oral and written communication
• Skill in providing customer service
• Basic skill level in Microsoft Office applications
