Job Description
CFM is seeking a motivated and curious ECM fundamental analyst to conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of IPO opportunities in EMEA and help CFM form a view on IPOs coming to the market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fundamental equity research (either sell-side or buy-side)
- Proven track record of conducting detailed fundamental analysis of companies (and ideally IPOs)
- Strong valuation modelling skills across multiple methodologies (DCF, comparable companies multiples etc.)
- Deep understanding of capital markets and in particular IPOs and block trades
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
