Job Description
The AML/CFT Compliance Officer/RC is a Luxembourg-based role responsible for serving as the Responsable du ContrĂ´le (RC) for Capital Group's Investment Fund Manager (CIMC) and its branches. The role requires expert knowledge of the EU and Luxembourg AML/CFT regulatory landscape, including CSSF regulations, EU directives (AMLD), and related industry best practices.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of the EU and Luxembourg AML/CFT regulatory landscape
- Experience in developing a financial crime compliance framework
- Sound judgment and ability to independently resolve matters of moderate to high-risk complexity
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to plan processes and collaborate with a group or team
