Job Description
We are seeking an ETF Capital Markets Manager to partner with stakeholders across the organization to support an expanding suite of ETF investment solutions. The role involves overseeing day-to-day secondary and primary market activity, monitoring market trends, and providing guidance on execution and resolving issues related to trading.
Requirements
- 10 years of relevant financial services experience, including aspects of trading, operations, sales, project management
- Thorough understanding of ETF Capital Markets, pricing, and market maker support
- Demonstrated expertise in Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), including primary and secondary market dynamics, authorized participant relationships, and capital markets infrastructure
- Extensive experience working in Bloomberg
- Knowledge of ETF fundamentals and the factors that drive pricing and liquidity
- Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and regulatory changes
