Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years managing and/or mentoring product managers
• Proven success in technical platform product management - particularly within enterprise data or infrastructure platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in human-centered design, product discovery, and outcome-driven delivery
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in agile and product-led operating models
• AI-curious and future-oriented mindset: familiarity with modern data and analytics ecosystems, awareness of AI and machine-learning concepts
