Marketing Specialist Senior

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead complex marketing initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive innovation in marketing approaches. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Canadian asset management industry and strong experience with event marketing, media campaigns, and Practice Management marketing.

Requirements

• Strong experience and knowledge of Canadian investment industry
• Proven experience with event marketing and media campaigns required
• Experience developing and delivering Practice Management marketing materials, decks and digital offerings preferred
• Demonstrates ability to project manage across functional teams and stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrates ability to influence others
• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication, collaboration, and analytical skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and analytical skills in areas of moderate complexity
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and develop/maintain working relationships inside and outside the business to enable effective completion of business objectives
• Demonstrates effectiveness in leading/facilitating a variety of meetings
