Job Description

We are seeking a Retirement Plan Counselor to lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market, identifying firm and firm representatives' needs and coordinating efforts to serve those needs.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge and proven track record of sales success in the mutual fund business and retirement plan sales
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships
- Excellent communication skills and significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space
- Ability to leverage technological resources to create custom analysis
- Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses or equivalent, as well as one or more of the following designations: AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA
