The Housekeeper reports to the Housekeeping Manager and plays a key role in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.
Requirements
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including but not limited to: making beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, dusting, and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
- Stock and maintain housekeeping cart daily
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Complete maintenance work orders and submit to leadership promptly
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance
- Follow all hotel and department uniform, grooming, and professional behavior standards
- Review and approve electronic timecard weekly for accuracy
- Carry out all reasonable requests from leadership within your capabilities
