Job Description
Capital on Tap is looking for a QA Analyst - FinCrime to join their team. The role involves assessing the quality of work in Customer Operations, delivering feedback to teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in Financial Crime, AML, and KYC, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Analytical specialist with deep subject matter expertise in Financial Crime & AML
- Experience auditing or investigating AML alerts, KYC/EDD files, and Sanctions screening
- Regulatory mindset and understanding of FCA expectations, Consumer Duty, and the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA)
- Confident communicator with ability to deliver constructive, evidence-based feedback
- Analytical & detail-oriented with ability to transition from investigative work to QA responsibilities
