Capital on Tap is seeking a Team Lead Software Engineer to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have experience managing software engineers in a commercial environment and a strong understanding of C# /.NET /.NET Core / React.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and developing software engineers in a commercial environment
• A natural ability to lead cross-functional projects, working effectively with Product, QA, and other stakeholders
• Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
• Extensive commercial experience with C# /.NET /.NET Core / React
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and Azure cloud development
• Proficient in SQL, with a strong commitment to code quality through comprehensive unit and integration testing
• Deep knowledge of modern software development practices and scalable system architecture
