Finance Specialist (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Role Overview

The Finance Specialist will be responsible for gathering, validating, and consolidating budget assumptions for assigned LOB's during Annual Budget Planning. They will also update and review working templates, prepare management reports, and assist in cost simulations and budget validations.

What You Will Do

Prepare and consolidate working templates for budget projections, act as LOB partner to ensure budget utilization, prepare management reports, simulate cost-saving initiatives, and assist in reviewing and updating budget and reporting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA
• 2-3 years of budget-related experience
• 1-year audit experience and 1-year supervisory role
• Knowledge of standard accounting policies and procedures
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in PeopleSoft or any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Software/applications (SAP, Oracle) is an advantage
