Job description
We are expanding across multiple engineering teams in our Nottingham office. As a Lead Software Development Engineer, you will technically guide cross-functional teams, influence technical strategy, and own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact products.
Architect & Build: Take end-to-end responsibility for technical design and implementation of significant services and applications. Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence through Pair Programming, TDD, and BDD. Innovate at Scale: Collaborate with architects and product owners to design secure, cloud-native architectures (AWS) that perform under global demand.
