Job description
Capital One is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join a backend team, based in our Nottingham office on a hybrid basis. The role involves leading a team or cross-functional squad in the delivery of complex and ambiguous projects that support a broader business outcome.
You will take end-to-end responsibility for technical design, implementation, and operational considerations, collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes, and play a crucial role in supporting the elevation of engineering enablement, excellence, and experience across the broader engineering community.
You will have the opportunity to innovate within your team, initiative area, and contribute within your technical domain, and work to achieve the goals and vision shared by Product Management and your Tribe Leadership.
