Job description
As a Lead Software Engineer at Capital One, you'll lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to create solutions that meet regulatory needs. You'll collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions and drive powerful experiences for millions of Americans.
You'll utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, and work with open source frameworks, container orchestration services, and AWS tools and services.
This role requires at least 4 years of experience in software engineering, 1 year of experience with cloud computing, and a passion for staying on top of tech trends. You'll have the opportunity to mentor other engineers and participate in internal and external technology communities.
