Join our team to redefine software delivery at Capital One. As a Senior Software Development Engineer - Developer Experience, you'll sit at the intersection of software engineering and community advocacy, working with engineering teams to improve efficiency and continuous improvement.
Support and enhance software delivery lifecycle platforms, deliver core engineering features, and build relationships with platform owning teams to support prioritization and inner sourcing opportunities.
You'll be a great fit if you're a great communicator, willing to get involved, and care about making a difference to each and every developer's experience. You'll have experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and strong programming skills in one or more languages.
