Job Description
Construction Litigation Attorney provides counseling and legal services to contractors, design professionals, developers, and individuals in disputes involving defect claims, torts, contractual issues, and other construction-related matters.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience, preferably in construction litigation
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
