Assist with regular and ad-hoc reporting and research in student housing and hospitality market and industry trends. Communicate regularly with property managers and support monthly property performance reviews and reporting of performance to head office.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines including real estate, economics or finance
- Up to 2 years' experience in real estate, finance, accounting, property management or other operational fields
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
