Analyst, Private Capital Markets (Product Development)

Support the Private Capital Markets, Product Development team in fund structuring, deal execution, investor due diligence, compliance, performance tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate fund management, financial institutions, real estate development/operations, or financial advisory.
• Sound working knowledge of private equity real estate fund structures, investment processes, and capital raising mechanics.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with hands-on experience in financial modelling, creating pitch books/investor presentations, and reviewing complex fund documentation.
