Analyst 2 - Investment Sales

We are seeking an Analyst with commercial real estate experience to join a growing Investment Sales team in India. The role involves sourcing and modeling multifamily and commercial real estate properties, providing financial analysis, market research, and preparing property descriptions and presentations for brokers.

Requirements

• Assist stakeholders in end-to-end Broker Opinion Value (BOVs) of US Commercial Real Estate properties.
• Analyze and interpret property performance through financial statements.
• Collaborate with a team to develop and pursue new relationships.
