Job Description
A commercial real estate analyst is seeking to join a growing origination team in India. The role involves supporting the team in all aspects of sourcing, structuring, and closing multifamily and commercial real estate loans. Day-to-day tasks include financial analysis, market research, and managing loan programs like Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. The analyst will command details in lending programs and require a strong understanding of financial real estate terms.
Requirements
- Assist in end-to-end financial analysis of US Commercial Real Estate loans.
- Analyze and interpret property performance through financial statements and Real Estate Owned Schedules.
- Review and evaluate real estate reports (appraisals, environmental, zoning analysis).
- Run background credit searches and prepare loan reviews.
- Engage third parties for report preparation.
- Work closely with team on developing new relationships and providing exceptional service.
