Support the Asset Management team at CLI Asset Management in reporting and functional duties such as business and asset plan preparation, conduct research on local real estate market, trends and competitor analysis, and provide administrative assistance to the asset management team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Adaptable and Independent
