Senior Executive / Executive, Tenant Management, Singapore

The Senior Executive / Executive, Tenant Management will be part of the tenant relations team, responsible for building strong tenant relationships and understanding customer needs. The role involves tracking and analysing tenant performance, engaging in regular performance discussions, and supporting the Central Leasing team with lease management and administration.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Positive disposition, resourcefulness and is a team player
• Sound understanding of the real estate and retail industries preferably in shopping complex
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
