Job Description
We're looking for a Layout Design Specialist to help shape the look, feel, and functionality of our branches. The role involves designing floor layouts, creating practical design solutions, coordinating signage, and producing accurate construction drawings.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in architectural design and construction
- Hands-on experience using Revit for layout design and construction drawings
- A solid understanding of building methods, materials, and regulations
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills
- Confidence coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing timelines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Project management capability (methodology-specific experience is a plus)
