Lead: Software Testing

We're looking for a lead software tester to join our team in Stellenbosch, ZA. The role involves leading a team of testers, owning the end-to-end testing approach, and increasing test automation coverage.

Requirements

• Solid experience in software testing, covering both manual and automated testing
• Hands-on experience with test automation, including scripting and modern automation tools
• At least one year of experience leading or managing a testing team
• A strong understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle and where testing adds the most value
• The ability to create clear test plans and guide others through them
• Confident communication and a calm, structured approach to problem-solving
