Regulatory Compliance Officer (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to support our compliance function in Dubai, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on UAE regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Regulatory Compliance role within financial services
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, particularly Central Bank requirements
• Experience engaging directly with regulators and managing regulatory communications
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement regulatory changes
• Experience drafting and updating policies and procedures
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
