Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, food processing, agriculture, or ripening operations
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and environmental controls
- Experience leading or supervising teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and operational reporting
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
