Job Description
TRIA is seeking a multi-skilled healthcare professional (EMT, LPN, or CMA Navigator) to join their orthopedic team. The navigator role involves collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care, conduct clinical procedures, manage patient care, and facilitate seamless service delivery. This position focuses on coordination of care and patient interaction. The work schedule is 1.00 FTE, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing
- Current state license of practical nursing (MN & WI)
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross
- OR 1-2 years of nursing experience (preferred)
- Must be or have a Medical Assistant license
