Job Description
Join our team as a Security Officer to protect people, property, information, and the reputation of Park Nicollet Health Services. The Security Officer responds to public service and emergency support calls, uses problem solving techniques, judgment, verbal de-escalation, and appropriate use of force.
Requirements
- FBI/BCA background check required upon hire
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent
- 1 or more of the following educational or experience requirements:
- 2 or 4-year degree in Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice or currently in a degree program
- Previous experience in healthcare security
- Previous law enforcement or public safety experience
- Previous customer service
- Military experience as applicable
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
