Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Senior Learning Specialist, Epic. The Senior Learning Specialist designs, delivers, and maintains end user training on assigned products. The person in this position provides in-person and virtual training and assistance to physicians and staff to support correct utilization and optimization of the technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/healthcare experience in lieu of degree
- 6 years of experience in IT or training
- 1 year of experience working with the Epic system
- Strong presentation, facilitation skills and public speaking experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, team building and project management skills
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships throughout all levels of the organization
- Proven skills in organizing, planning and implementing process changes
- Strong analytical ability to assess situations and choose effective solutions
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to influence and lead
- Ability to develop plans and implement appropriate actions
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, ambiguity, continuous change and stressful situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Learns and follows Agile values and principles
