ERS - Real Estate Portfolio Manager

ERS is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Manager to perform highly complex asset management work, researching and analyzing private real estate and investment information to implement approved policies and programs. The role involves supervising others and working with limited supervision, with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in finance, economics, accounting and/or business
• Four years’ investment experience in real estate
• Two years’ of full-time professional financial management or investment operations experience
• Limited Partner investment experience
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or current participation in CFA program
• Certification as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA)
