Job Description
The Railroad Commission of Texas is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to provide support to the Pipeline Safety Department in the Oversight and Safety Division. The successful candidate will perform routine to complex professional administrative support, preparing documents, compiling data, and responding to regulatory inquiries.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of experience in administrative support, customer service, or clerical duties within a professional office environment
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining databases with a high level of accuracy
- Experience compiling and analyzing data to create charts, reports, and summaries
- Ability to work effectively on a team
- Ability to address issues/concerns in a professional manner
- Ability to respond to high-pressure situations and meet changing demands and timelines
