TCEQ - Senior Attorney

Join TCEQ’s Environmental Law Division as a Senior Attorney to support ensuring that commission decisions follow the law and that rules are developed and applied consistently. You will oversee the preparation of contested case hearings and facilitate staff assistance to the Office of Attorney General.

Requirements

• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• Eight years of full-time experience in the practice of law
• Demonstrates exceptional knowledge of highly complex area or subject matter
