Job Description
The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is hiring a Manager II (Agent and Adjuster Licensing Contact Center Manager) to oversee the daily operations and activities of the Contact Center. The position involves ensuring compliance with the Contact Center's goals and objectives, developing schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving program goals, and collaborating with management to ensure goals and objectives are consistent with the agency's strategic plan.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
- Two years' experience in the administration of business or government with one year of work experience related to the position to be held
