Provides administrative support and technical assistance for the Director and staff of the Veterans Mental Health Department. Coordinates activities among leadership, management, and staff in support of day-to-day operations and needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Three years’ experience in office management, or executive support work
- Three (3) years’ experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft
- A valid Texas Driver’s License must be provided within 90 days of hire
- Knowledge of computers and business terminology
- Skill in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point (Intermediate Level)
- Ability to handle high-level administrative matters and to maintain appropriate confidentiality
