Warehouse Supervisor

Capricor Therapeutics is a biotechnology company seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily incoming, inventory, and replenishment operations. The successful candidate will manage a team of materials handlers, lead to ensure adherence to company SOPs, and support KPIs, Projects, SOP review, updates, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Supervise and lead materials team
• Plan schedule activities to meet operational requirements
• Oversee manage receipts, inventory accuracy and all replenishment need following FEF
• Initiates and complete Investigations, corrective and preventive actions
• Initiates and complete Change Controls support implementations
• SOP and Work instructions updates and creation
• Reviews metrics and leads process improvements projects
• Ensure training and all requirements to support teams' performance are being coordinate, improved with quality and reviewed
