Senior Credit Assurance Officer

Capricorn is seeking a Senior Credit Assurance Officer to safeguard the integrity of their credit decisions and risk framework. The successful candidate will lead and support credit assessment and assurance activities, ensuring robust risk evaluation and consistent alignment with the company's risk appetite and financial policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of four to five years' recent experience in credit risk within banking, finance and/or accounting
• Proven people leadership capability, with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of credit assurance frameworks and practices
• Advanced capability across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
