Job Description
Capstone ISG is a fast-growing independent adjustment firm seeking motivated and innovative property adjusters. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, thorough investigations, and accurate documentation of claims using Xactimate. Candidates are encouraged to apply for a 1099 position with a contract-based structure.
Requirements
- Conducts prompt, thorough and fair investigations by obtaining relevant facts to determine coverage, origin, and extent of loss.
- Documents damage and prepares written estimates using Xactimate.
- Keeps the client and the insured informed about the claim status with clear, timely and accurate written/oral communication.
