Job Description
We are searching for a Regional Manager with experience managing multi-site properties, new construction, and leading a large team. Responsibilities include assessing market conditions, developing strategies, and implementing budgets.
Requirements
- 5-8 years industry experience in a management role
- 3-5 years new construction and lease up background in both conventional and affordable housing
- CPM certification preferred
- Tax Credit/Affordable Housing preferred
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Financial background with budget and performance preparation
- Strong lease up experience
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
