Job Description
Our client, a highly respected and nationally recognized law firm, is seeking an exceptional Estate Planning Attorney with a strong focus on tax planning to join its sophisticated Trusts & Estates practice.
Requirements
- Advise clients on estate, gift, income, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies
- Draft and review sophisticated estate planning documents, including irrevocable trusts, GRATs, IDGTs, FLPs, and charitable trusts
- Develop and implement wealth transfer strategies for high-net-worth individuals and family offices
- Provide legal guidance on tax-efficient succession planning for family-owned businesses
- Support the firm’s fiduciary administration practice as needed, including probate and trust administration
- Collaborate with other attorneys in tax, corporate, and real estate practice groups
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state tax laws affecting estate planning
