IP Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IP Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing intellectual property disputes, including trademark, copyright, and patent litigation.

Requirements

• Assist attorneys with case management throughout all phases of litigation, from pre-filing to trial and appeal.
• Draft, proofread, and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and motions.
• Manage document production, including review, organization, and preparation for depositions and trial.
• Conduct legal and factual research related to intellectual property matters.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case files.
• Prepare exhibits, binders, and other trial-related materials.
• Ensure compliance with court rules and procedures, including electronic filing systems (e.g., PACER, ECF)
