Job Description
Join one of South Carolina’s most prominent law firms and support a dynamic legal team as an Employment Law Paralegal. Assist attorneys in managing caseloads, draft legal documents, conduct research, and coordinate case files. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certification, and 3 years of experience in employment law or litigation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in employment law or litigation
- Strong understanding of state and federal employment laws and procedures
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
