Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate transactions
- Expertise in commercial real estate closings, title and survey review, and document preparation
- Familiarity with Wisconsin real estate laws and procedures (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team-oriented environment
