Job Description
CapTech is seeking a Senior Visual / Product Designer to join their Customer Experience (CX) team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of designing sophisticated user experience and digital brand experiences that are visually striking, brand-forward, and accessible. The role involves designing digital experiences for web and mobile products, presenting design concepts, and collaborating with researchers, developers, and other designers to create cohesive and impactful experiences.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a consulting or agency context
- 4-year+ degree in Design or a related field
- Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components in Figma
- Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as PowerPoint
