Job Description
We are looking for an Asset Manager to support our team in managing existing real estate portfolios and implementing portfolio and object strategies. The successful candidate will have a completed technical and/or business education, at least 3 years of professional experience, and excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Completed technical and/or business education
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field
- Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a high level of initiative and a self-dependent and structured working method
- Excellent presentation skills with high service and customer orientation
- Very good negotiation skills and high assertiveness
- Team player with high quality requirements for the services rendered
- Secure user knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel & PowerPoint)
- Fluent in German and English
