Requirements

• Extensive software development experience as an individual contributor
• Proven track record as an Engineering Manager leading distributed software engineering teams
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered products in production
• Broad understanding of the state of the art in AI, LLMs, and applied LLM systems
• A strategic thinker, comfortable setting technical vision over a 6-12 month horizon and managing a complex portfolio of projects
