We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to join our team in Copenhagen. As a leader, you will own the end-to-end revenue engine for our global commercial B2B organization, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product and Technology to develop and optimize processes, tooling, data and governance that enable predictable, repeatable growth.
Requirements
- Proven Director/Head of RevOps or Sales Ops experience in B2B SaaS / subscription businesses
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue, Sales or Commercial Operations, particularly within B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Track record building RevOps at early-stage growth companies: design + execute.
- Hands-on operator: comfortable both setting strategy and delivering tactical execution
- Practical AI/automation experience and strong appetite to lead AI adoption
- Experience in built or rebuilt HubSpot (our CRM framework) in a scale-up SaaS environment and owned the CRM architecture, automations, governance and pipeline logic
- Expertise building out a revenue operations function that supports a hunter and new logo acquisition motion
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management and reporting for leadership
- Excellent cross-functional influencer, clear communicator and data literate
- People management or team lead experience, with a supportive and empowering leadership style
- Fluency in English and experience working in international environments
