True North Insights is a global expert network that connects organizations with subject matter experts who provide critical insights to inform strategic decision-making. As an Associate, you'll manage engagements from start to finish, coordinate with experts, and ensure projects deliver clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

• Strong academic background with an attained Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Minimum GPA of 3.5)
• 6–18 months of professional experience; internships or roles demonstrating client engagement or problem-solving a plus.
• Demonstrated initiative or leadership in academic, athletic, professional, or extracurricular activities during school/university.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional and articulate presence.
• Thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
• Take initiative, solve problems independently, and follow through reliably.
• Resilient, resourceful, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.
• Motivated by goals and driven by measurable outcomes.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• Authorized to work in the U.S., including F-1 visa holders with STEM OPT
