Manager (People Manager - Team Lead)

True North Insights is a global expert network that connects organizations with subject matter experts. We are seeking a Manager to lead a team of Associates, manage targets and KPIs, and contribute to company growth strategy.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in any undergraduate degree
• 2+ years of leadership experience in high-volume, client-facing delivery roles
• Direct experience managing a team of at least 5 junior members and stakeholders
• Proven experience building a team from the ground up, including hiring, onboarding, and establishing foundational processes
• Solid background in sales with a proven track record of succeeding in high-pressure, metric-driven environments
