True North Insights is a global expert network that connects organizations with subject matter experts. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation across corporate, consulting, and financial services markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with any academic background
• 0-2 years of professional sales or business development experience
• High-volume outbound prospecting skills
• Cold calling and written outreach skills
• Ability to represent True North Insights with professionalism and credibility
• Positive, motivated, goal-oriented mentality
• Discipline with time and pipeline
• Competitive and coachable

Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience + uncapped commission
