CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive General Sales Manager for a dealership in Lowell, Michigan. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a high-performance sales team, as well as overseeing management of new and used vehicle operations.

• Proven and verifiable track record of High CSI and Sales Volume
• Long term stability in previous employment
• Product Knowledge
• Love for being involved in the deal, not just an administrator or “numbers guy” who sits behind the desk
